1. Launch of New CPCE Profile Management Portal (Academic Staff Only)

ITU is pleased to announce that CPCE Profile Management Portal https://profile.cpce-polyu.edu.hk/ (PURE) has been newly launched.

  • The new Portal replaces the existing Research and Professional Output Sharing Platform which was phased out on 31 March 2022. ITU has completed one-time data migration to the new Portal. Teaching staff are strongly encouraged to double-check for accuracy.
  • For colleagues who would like to manage their profiles or to add, edit, preview, verify, and update publication, activity, prize, press/media records, please click this link (https://profile.cpce-polyu.edu.hk/admin/).
  • For user guides, FAQs, and useful links please click this link https://ssoportal.cpce-polyu.edu.hk/profile_management_portal/

The new Portal serves the following purposes:

  1. Keeping profile, scholarly output, research impact, activities, prizes, and media coverage of academic staff up-to-date;
  2. Improving data consistency and accuracy of research outputs;
  3. With the full integration with Scopus (the world’s largest abstract and citation database), research output extracted from your Scopus profile will be imported automatically. You can simply click-and-claim from other online sources such as Mendeley, ORCID, and Unpaywall.
  4. Integrating PMD module of HRMIS and providing PMD reviewers with the link to reviewees’ profile.
  5. Generating various management reports such as AACSB report, network visualization report, and impact factor analysis report.

Besides, ITU has streamlined content publishing procedures in the new Portal. Information in the new Portal can be published immediately on the public webpage after submission.
