1. Blackboard Forms (Academic staff only)


There is new feature in Blackboard, Forms. Forms can be used in a variety of situations to get feedback from your students. You can use a form to place students in a clinical experience or learn about student interests and opinions.
The following question types are supported in a form:

  • Essay question
  • Likert question
  • Multiple Choice question
  • True/False question
  • Text
  • Local File
  • File from Cloud Storage

2. Blackboard Learn user meeting (Academic staff only)


APAC Blackboard Learn Office Hours is for clients based in the Asia Pacific region who are live with Blackboard Learn Ultra. As well as giving users an opportunity to collaborate and share your experiences, this meeting will discuss the monthly release schedule, preview upcoming feature releases, and any other related topics. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions of Blackboard Learn Product Management and Client Support.

3. Microsoft Stream (Classic) will no longer be accessible after 15 April 2024


Refer to the notice on 8 Dec 2023, Microsoft Stream (Classic) will be retired and video files saved will be deleted after 15 April 2024. Please follow the guide to backup your video files in Stream (Classic) https://web.microsoftstream.com if you would like to keep them.
