1. Access SPSS Remotely via Remote SCC

For students who need to use SPSS for self-practice or project work, you can access SPSS remotely through the Remote SCC (RSCC). The RSCC is available via the CPCE Portal (https://portal.cpce-polyu.edu.hk) or directly through this link (https://uds.cpce-polyu.edu.hk).

Please be aware that the RSCC is accessible only during SCC opening hours. Remember to back up your working files using OneDrive or another storage service to avoid data loss when the service closes.

2. Preparing for Blackboard Housekeeping (For Academic Staff)

Due to cloud storage quota limits, ITU will remove materials from Semester 1 2023/24 from Blackboard once the semester ends. Academic staff are encouraged to use the "Export" feature to download course materials if needed. Video guides in both Cantonese and English are available for reference (Cantonese) (English). ITU will announce the detailed schedule for this cleanup process soon.

3. Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot (For Staff)

CPCE subscribed to Microsoft 365 Co-pilot, the registration procedure will be sent to eligible staff in November 2024. Apart from taking Microsoft's online training course ("Get started with Microsoft 365 Copilot") on Microsoft Learn, ITU will also collaborate with Microsoft to provide training and support to ensure users make the best use of this feature.
