1. New Power Bank Loan Service Now Available at 2/F South Tower, West Kowloon Campus (Student Only)

ITU is excited to introduce a self-service Power Bank Loan Service for students! This convenient service enables students to borrow a power bank from the vending machine located on the 2/F, South Tower, West Kowloon Campus to charge your mobile devices on the go.




How to Borrow:
Simply tap your student card and follow the on-screen instructions on the vending machine to check out a power bank..


For a user guide and details on late return penalties, scan the QR code displayed on the vending machine.

2. Free AI Literacy Course for Educators (Staff Only)

Anthology Academy (Blackboard) is offering a free short course on AI Literacy for Educators to help staff integrate AI into teaching and learning. This course covers key AI concepts, applications in higher education, and strategies to enhance teaching with AI-powered tools.


The course consists of two modules:


  • Module 1:AI Core Concepts and Application Overview in Education
  • Module 2: Introduction to AI Design Assistant

3. Sharing Report on OneDrive and SharePoint (Staff only)

OneDrive and SharePoint offer sharing reports that can help you understand how your files and folders are being shared. Follow the instructions below to generate the reports:


OneDrive:

  1. Login to OneDrive, select OneDrive Settings from the gear on the top-right corner > click More Settings on the left pane > select Run sharing report under Manage access.
  2. Select a destination folder to save the report and click Save.
  3. The report will be available in the destination folder after the generation is completed.

SharePoint:

  1. Login to SharePoint site, select Site usage from the gear on the top-right corner.
  2. On the Site usage analytics page, scroll down to the section Share with external users at the bottom.
  3. Click Run report and select a destination folder to save the report and click Save.
  4. The report will be available in the destination folder after the generation is completed.
