1. Update: Removal of Blackboard Materials of 2023/24 Semester 1

In an earlier notice, users were informed that course materials from Blackboard Semester 1, 2023/24 would be removed starting from Feb 2025. We would like to inform all staff and students that this exercise has been postponed, as an extension of Blackboard storage has been successfully granted through the efforts of the ITU e-Learning Team.

ITU e-Learning Team will issue further announcements and reminders to users closer to the new removal schedule in due course.

2. One-Year Retention to Microsoft Teams Attendance Reports

Microsoft will soon implement a one-year retention policy for Teams meeting attendance reports. After this rollout all meeting attendance reports will be stored for one year after the meeting end date. All reports created before 1 November 2024 will be accessible until late August 2025. If you would like to preserve a copy of the attendance data, ITU recommends that you download the data using Attendance tab by late August 2025. Please refer to detailed instructions here.
