1. [Reminder] Register for Google Gemini Enterprise

Gemini Enterprise can support you in preparing term papers and revising for examinations. Early registration gives you more time to explore the platform’s features, such as brainstorming ideas, organizing essay outlines, summarizing study materials, reviewing difficult concepts, and generating practice questions for exam preparation.

If you have lost the email with the subject “Google Gemini Enterprise – Registration Now Open”, please follow the steps below to complete your registration:

1. Log in to the CPCE Portal: https://portal.cpce-polyu.edu.hk
2. Under the Gemini Enterprise icon, click “Registration”
3. Follow the instructions in the confirmation email to complete service access

2. Update Your CPCE Wi-Fi Certificate

ITU has updated the secure certificate for CPCE Wi-Fi. When your iPhone, iPad, MacBook, or other mobile devices display a prompt asking whether to accept or trust the certificate while connecting to campus Wi-Fi, please click “Accept” or “Trust” to continue using the service normally.

3. Retirement of Turnitin Studio App (Staff Only)

Turnitin has announced the retirement of the Feedback Studio mobile app for iPad, which has already been removed from availability. Staff who previously used the app should now access Turnitin Feedback Studio through CPCE Blackboard instead. This change reflects Turnitin’s move toward supporting access through its web-based platforms.
