2. SkyDrive Pro - Cloud Storage for Student
With the beginning of new semester, student starts to work with different documents, e.g., lecture notes, worksheet, project document. It is known USB thumb drive is a common device for storing data by student while there are some drawbacks, e.g., data leakage due to device lost. There is an alternative which is SkyDrive Pro, a cloud storage for student with 7GB in size.
To access SkyDrive Pro, student can simply click "SkyDrive" on menu bar inside student email account,
There are different options like uploading document, creating MS office document using office web apps (Web version of MS Office) in SkyDrive Pro,
There is an Online help "?" on the right hand size of menu bar which student can find necessary information for using SkyDrive Pro.
Student is reminded SkyDrive Pro is bundled with student email account which will be terminated on graduation and therefore backing up data before that is necessary.
