3. Improving Email Access Speed After Email Migration (Staff only)

ITU would like to express heartfelt thanks to all colleagues on supporting of staff email migration exercise. We hope you enjoy this new email service in particular the enlarged email account quota 50GB in size. As a security measurement, default setting of new email system has disabled caching in staff PC, i.e., do not make a copy of email in staff PC to speed up outlook operation.

We hear some colleagues found outlook operation is slower due to this new security setting. You are welcome to refer "Tips and reminder for Office365" in last newsletter http://www.cpce-polyu.edu.hk/itu/Newsletter/issues/issue_32/issue_32.html#item2 about details and how to reverse the setting.
