1. Tips on New IP Phone Service (Staff Only)
ITU is working with vendor to replace staff IP phone with new model in these weeks, you should receive a user guide and an email regarding how-to access your voice mail in the new IP phone system. Apart from general features, you may dial 3565-1234 to access your voice mailbox or change your greeting messages when you are out of office:
- Step 1 : Dial 3565 1234
- Step 2 : Enter your 8-digit IP phone number follow by '#' key as mailbox ID (eg 3746 9876# , where 9876 is your extension number in CPCE)
- Step 3 : Enter your password to login the system
- Press '1' to access to your voice mailbox
- Press '3' to change your greeting message
- Press '4' to change your call forward option

You can
- download user manual of your IP phone model from https://portal.cpce-polyu.edu.hk > Using IP Phone ; or
- attend one of the below training sessions, each session is 20 minutes, pre-registration is not required; or
- approach the temporary Q&A counter setup in the morning of 29 May(Fri) at 16/F HHB and in the afternoon of the same day at WK-S1355
