2. Trial Testing of New Desktop Microphone Receives Positive Feedback (Staff Only)

Following initial setup of the new desktop microphone in classrooms with integrated desk-chair, the second batch of new desktop microphones are deployed in HHB IT Lab for trial testing. To collect users' feedback in this setting, the user survey is sent to HHB IT lab users recently and we are happy to share the reply as follows,

Count
Desktop Microphone is better than Gooseneck Microphone
7
Gooseneck Microphone is better than Desktop Microphone
2
I am no comment on this topic
1

Based on the findings of the above result, ITU will arrange the replacement of gooseneck microphone to desktop microphone in both campuses by phases. Replacement schedule will depend on stock level and the tear and wear situation of existing microphone.

Users are welcome to contact Mr John Cheung at x0594 for further feedback.
