1. Office 365 OneDrive Storage Quota Upgrade to 5TB

ITU is pleased to inform you that your Office 365 OneDrive was upgraded from 1TB to 5TB early this month!

OneDrive gives you anywhere access to all your files, designed to help you find, co-author, and update files, seamlessly integrated with Office and pre-installed with Windows. Automatically sync your files to your desktop so you can work with the files offline, it supports Windows, iOS and Android mobile devices.

2. Ransomware Protection for CPCE ownCloud (Staff Only)

It is to announce a new feature, Ransomware Protection , is enabled for CPCE ownCloud. The new feature will scan files before synchronizing to ownCloud server to prevent Ransomware from damaging files stored in ownCloud.

To utilize Ransomware Protection for CPCE ownCloud, users are required to use ownCloud Desktop Synchronization Client for synchronizing files with CPCE ownCloud server. Updating of your ownCloud client software is also required to maintain proper operation of the software.

3. Lectern in HHB UG05 / UG06 Can Be Movable (Staff Only)

ITU would like to draw your attention that Lecterns in HHB UG05 / 06 are movable. Owing to presence of AV cables under the lecterns, users SHOULD NOT relocate the lecterns. For events that needs additional space on lectern area, e.g., for taking Group Photo, organizer may contact CFM office in advance for support on removing and restoration of the lecterns.

4. Upgrade of Audio-Visual(AV) Equipment in Meeting Room HHB-1524 (Staff Only)

ITU is pleased to announce that the upgrade of AV equipment in the HHB-1524 is completed. A 65" Picture LCD monitor with video camera to facilitate video conferencing was set up in the meeting room.

Please note the ceiling projector and screen are disabled. Here is the layout of AV settings and a remote control for the LCD monitor for your reference.
