With immediate effect, staff and students of CPCE are no longer required to report any positive COVID-19 cases to their Heads of Division/ Unit/ Office (for staff) or to their Heads of Division.

For details, please refer to the announcement “Cancellation of Reporting COVID-19 Cases” from CPCE CGAO on 27 January 2023.

All previously submitted records will be destroyed in accordance with the related personal data policies.

Dear Colleagues and Students

The Government has announced the lifting of more COVID-19 measures with effect from 29 December 2022.  To align with the Government’s measures, the following two systems will be retired. 

• Self-Reporting Vaccination Status (https://srvs.cpce-polyu.edu.hk/)
• Compulsory Quarantine / Compulsory COVID-19 Testing Status Declaration (https://webapp25.cpce-polyu.edu.hk/)

All previously submitted records will be destroyed in accordance with the related personal data policies.

Staff and students are required to report any positive COVID-19 cases via the online report platform (https://osccs.cpce-polyu.edu.hk/). The reports will facilitate our monitoring of any potential outbreak and assessing the need for environmental health and hygiene improvement.
