  4. How to enquiry your print quota?
You can enquiry your print quota balance in iPrint Kiosk machine and 'CPCE PolyU' mobile app (Print Quota Balance), there are two Print Quota Balances:
    • Quota Allocated by College
    • Quota By Self-reloaded

    • Quota Allocated by College:
Each eligible student is entitled to have 2,200 print quotas for each academic year
(Remaining quotas will not be accumulated and be cleared before the next academic year)

    • Quota By Self-reloaded:
Students top-up their print quota by Octopus card at iPrint Kiosk located at Express Printing Areas and SCCs
(Remaining quotas will be carried forward to next academic year. Print balance is non-refundable and will be cleared for graduated or quitted student)

Tips to help you better use our express printing service:

    1. Login to Print Quota Management System
You have to login to the Print Quota Management System in PC before submission and collecting your print jobs at Konica Minolta (KM) printers.

    2. Logout Before Login
It is a good practice to press the "logout" button before/after login the KM printer.

    3. Follow-me-Printing
Collect your print job at any of the KM printers on your home campus. Uncollected print jobs will be deleted in printing pool after 4-hour automatically.

    4. Reload Print Quota at iPrint Kiosk
If your print balance is used up, please top up the print quota by Octopus card at the iPrint Kiosks, it is not suggested topping up too much value in your print balance (better less than $50) as print balance is non-refundable and non-transferrable at any time.

Should you have any enquiries, please contact our helpdesk at 3746-0818 (HHB) or 3746-0819 (WK) or email to pfitoper@cpce-polyu.edu.hk.
